Well, 2023 has been a busy and sometimes challenging year. Because of the flurry of activity as December comes to a close, there will not be a full edition of the Link, the church newsletter. We will publish the January 2024 calendar of events (below) so you can get a taste of what’s going on here, and we’ll catch up with all the info of our activities in February.
In the meantime, somethings to note: there will be a Confirmation Class beginning in January, after church & coffee hour. This class is open to young people who would like to learn more about their faith and culminate in becoming an active member of the church. Should you like more information about this class, please contact the church office at 860/379-2157.
Also beginning in January, there will be a Bible study of the New Testament. The class will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday mornings and last approximately 90 minutes. For more information, again, please contact the church office.
The Visitation Committee is forming and will meet next Sunday to finalize plans. If you are interested in joining this committee that plans to connect with shut-ins and/or those folks who are unable to attend regular worship serivce, please contact the church office or Kathy Loomis.
Here’s to a smooth move into 2024 and may the Lord bless you all with healthy and happiness throughout the year.
